Please if you haven't already declare your swimmers for the GSVAL Championships July 27th. Please have it completed by SUNDAY.  We have to send it in early to the league.  There will be no opportunity to make any changes after that date.

If you have attended 2 meets you are eligible to swim at Champs.  It is a good opportunity for all swimmers to swim at a big meet,  gain valuable experience and have fun.

Our team is also responsible for clean-up this year, so we will be asking for volunteers for that also.  We also still need to supply a few timers and officials per session.
